I'm a registered person-centred therapist with 10 years counselling experience. I work with individual adults online via Zoom/Skype; and in person in Lewes, East Sussex. There may be life changes you would like support with - bereavement, separation. You may have issues from the past affecting your well-being now. You may be feeling worried for the future,anxious,depressed and not know who to turn to with your concerns.

Experience
I trained for 4 years to become a qualified therapist. I have worked in a bereavement counselling charity in London.
After moving to Sussex I was a counsellor for students in a further education college in Brighton.
I have had my own private counselling practice for 7 years, seeing people with many different issues including:
grief, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, boarding school issues, difficulties in relating and connecting, shame, loss of many kinds, low self esteem, life changes, health concerns, stress and parenting difficulties.
Qualifications
1 year Introduction Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy - WPF London
1 year Certificate in Counselling Skills - City Lit London
2 year Diploma in Practitioner Counselling - City Lit, London
CPD & further training in bereavement, suicide, boarding school issues, shame, childhood sexual abuse, group therapy.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free of charge 20 mins initial online/phone session to see if we are right for each other. If we decide to work together the sessions are for 50 minutes. I offer short term therapy 6-12 sessions, and longer open-ended therapy ( more than 12 sessions) with regular reviews of our work.

My session fee is £55.00
